Title: Network Engineer (Juniper/Cisco)
Location: Littleton Colorado - Hybrid Role
Duration/Type of Job: 6 months Contract
Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:
- Core IP Planning Team (will work closely (daily) with other Planning teams and Implementation teams (IP and Optical).
- CCNA and CCNP certs/knowledge preferred
- knowledge and experience with routing and switching- understand all and be able to help CORE IP Implementation teams during maintenances.
- Creating Network/Augment Visio
- Familiar with Cisco and Juniper IOS.
- Projects include Capacity Upgrade, Migrations, Decoms, Build New Hubs, Support other verticals like CIOPS, Video, IT, ISP, DOCSIS, Telephony, Enterprise, Backbone, Optical, Application and so forth.
- Familiar with ISP language including cables, connectors, racks, power and so forth
- Building and working with BOM Bill of Material
- Optical and Backbone operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working/collaborating with other teams
